Kyle Rittenhouse returned to social media this week with a major life announcement.

Rittenhouse, who shot three people, killing two, during a racial injustice protest in Kenosha, Wisconsin in 2020, claimed self-defense and was acquitted of all charges.

He remains controversial, though, and back in June he left social media. But Wednesday he returned with a series of photos that had folks shocked.

“I’m back on social media, I’m back in the fight, and I’m here to stay,” he wrote on X alongside a pair of photos of himself with a girl.

He then explained what that was all about.

“For a quick update, 6 months ago I made the best decision of my life and married my best friend,” he wrote. “(Bella Rittenhouse), I couldn’t be happier. I love you beautiful.”

She replied back, “I love you!”
