The Edmonton Oilers are making a goalie change and are acquiring Tristan Jarry from the Pittsburgh Penguins.

As part of the deal, the Oilers are also getting Samuel Poulin in exchange for Stuart Skinner, Brett Kulak, and a 2029 second-round pick.

There is no salary retention in this deal between the Penguins and Oilers. A goalie had to go back the other way in this deal.

The Edmonton Oilers had been looking to upgrade their goaltending for some time now, but had never found anything better out on the market.
