Adani Energy Solutions Ltd has acquired KPS III HVDC Transmission Ltd. This move strengthens AESL's strategy for shareholder value. The project will help evacuate 2.5 GW of renewable energy. This is part of the Khavda renewable energy park's expansion. The acquisition was completed on December 12, 2025. The deal was done at face value.
