CARBONDALE, Ill. (KFVS) - A vehicle was damaged by gunfire in Carbondale on Thursday evening, December 11.

According to Carbondale police, they responded to the 700 block of West College Street just after 7 p.m. for a report of shots fired.

When officers arrived, the suspects had already left the area.

Police say after the shots were fired, two men were seen running east from the area.

No one was injured, but a vehicle was damaged by gunfire.
