Officials at Andersen Corp., the Bayport-based window and door manufacturer, announced Friday that the company will pay out $52.2 million in 2025 to eligible employees as part of the company’s annual profit sharing program.

Eligible employees will receive up to $3,875 apiece, company officials said.

This year’s payout is about a 3 percent increase from 2024, when the company distributed $50.8 million. Eligible employees last year received up to $3,923 in profit sharing. In 2023, the company distributed $55.4 million, or up to $4,400 each for eligible employees.
