It’s starting to look like Vision may not be as dead as we thought. With The Multiverse Saga barreling toward its finale, WandaVision star Paul Bettany has strongly hinted that the long-lost Avenger could return to the big screen in Avengers: Secret Wars — the event film set to cap off Phase 6 and reshape the Marvel Cinematic Universe. It would be Bettany's first appearance in 5 years, since vanishing at the end of WandaVision

Speaking candidly in a recent interview, Bettany let slip a line that sent Marvel fans scrambling:

“I think I’ve got some Avengers duties next year.”

He added that contrary to popular belief, Marvel actors aren’t sitting on piles of secret scripts — joking,
