One day after Gerard Butler ’s next sci-fi movie debuted a fresh batch of new images, one of Butler’s forgotten ventures in the genre has landed a new streaming home. Pluto TV has announced that Gamer , the 2009 sci-fi film which co-stars Butler alongside Dexter ’s own Michael C. Hall , is now streaming for free on the platform for all subscribers. The psychological thriller is set in a future where death row convicts are forced to battle in a dangerous environment where they are controlled by other people. Ludacris , Terry Crews , and Logan Lerman also have roles in the 2009 wacky sci-fi experiment.
