A massage parlour in Sutton Coldfield has permanently closed after an investigation by West Midlands Police .

Officers from the Birmingham Serious Organised Crime and Exploitation Team (SOCEX) applied for the order earlier in the year as part of an investigation into indoor sex locations.

Shangri La, on Bishops Way, Four Oaks, was being advertised as a massage parlour, but enquiries led officers to believe it was being used as a brothel, where women were being exploited.

In September, officers issued an emergency closure notice of the premises
