COLUMBIA, S.C. — The South Carolina Department of Public Health is reporting 15 new measles cases in the state since Tuesday , bringing the total number of cases connected to the Upstate outbreak to 126 and the total number reported statewide this year to 129.

According to DPH, 13 of the newly reported cases stem from known household exposures. One case resulted from a neighborhood contact, and another is linked to an unknown source that remains under investigation.

State health officials say there are currently 303 people in quarantine and 13 in isolation as part of outbreak response efforts.
