ORLANDO, Fla. — New details have emerged about the death of a man who was fatally injured on a roller coaster at Universal’s new Epic Universe theme park, following the release of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office’s final investigative report.

The case, involving 32-year-old Kevin Rodriguez Zavala , has been officially ruled an accidental death, with investigators concluding that employees operating the “Stardust Racers” coaster followed all safety protocols and did not act carelessly or negligently.
