A television presenter has revealed how Gardeners' World favourite Adam Frost demonstrated his genuine character behind the scenes whilst they collaborated on the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.

Nicki Chapman is a broadcaster who gained recognition as a panellist on Popstars and Pop Idol. Her broadcasting portfolio also features programmes such as Escape to the Country and Wanted Down Under.

The 58 year old began presenting the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show back in 2006, but lacking formal horticultural training, she explained how her BBC co-presenter Adam consistently ensures she's fully informed through a thoughtful act of kindness.
