WASHTENAW COUNTY, Mich. —

“Highly threatening and highly intimidating.”

That’s how a Washtenaw County prosecutor described the behavior of former University of Michigan head football coach Sherrone Moore, as he “terrorized” a woman he had an "intimate relationship" with that spanned years.

Moore appeared virtually in a Washtenaw County District courtroom Friday for his arraignment on charges of breaking and entering without the owner's permission (domestic relationship), domestic relationship stalking, and third-degree home invasion.

Moore was fired by U of M on Wednesday over an inappropriate relationship with a staff member.

Prosecutors say the victim approached the school and cooperated in an investigation after she broke up with Moore on Monday.
