Drugs: Sara M. Leppig, 42, of East Durham, and Michael Hollywood, 40, of Coxsackie, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 8:50 a.m. and 8:54 a.m., respectively, on Thursday, Dec. 11. Leppig was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and one count of manufacturing drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.
