JACKSON COUNTY, Miss. (WLOX) - A St. Martin man accused of sexual battery and child exploitation will be held without bond until his preliminary hearing.
In Jackson County court on Friday, Judge Mark Watts denied bond for Cecil Raymond “Trey” Dubuisson III.
Dubuisson was arrested Thursday and charged with one count of sexual battery and three counts of child exploitation. As of Friday afternoon, a fourth child exploitation charge was added after another victim was identified, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
Dubuisson may receive more charges as the investigation continues.
The DA’s Office says, at the time of Dubuisson’s arrest, he was out on bond for an unrelated drug case. He was arrested on October 15 for possession of cocaine, according to the DA’s Office.
