It’s apparently another end of an era for another longtime radio show on New York’s Hot 97.
“Ebro in the Morning,” hosted by former radio programmer Ebro Darden and loyal sidekicks Peter Rosenberg and Laura Stylez, is supposedly “done” after more than 13 years on the groundbreaking hip-hop station.
On Friday morning, Darden posted a cryptic message about the show on X, tweeting: “ It’s done. More to come. #EbroInTheMorning.”
Rosenberg, who’s been with Hot 97 for nearly 19 years, later chimed in, writing on Instagram that “it comes to a close.”
“Longest tenured morning host ever at the station,” Rosenberg wrote. “Became friends with my heroes. The future is very exciting but I’m filled with gratitude for the past.”
In a social media video, Darden expounded on the end of show
