The Alabama Crimson Tide aren't used to losing games or coaches, but things are changing in college football .

A week out from their biggest game of the year against the Oklahoma Sooners in Norman in the first round of the College Football Playoff, a member of the Alabama staff is already set to join a new team once the calendar flips to 2026.
