FOWLER, Mich. (WILX) -A Michigan middle school’s academic success has not gone unnoticed.
Recently, the middle school was recognized as the fourth best in the state.
“It’s overwhelming, but I’m not surprised,” said Principal Paul Minns. “We put the processes in place where we expect success, but to see that pay off is really rewarding.”
The U.S. News and World Report named Waldron Elementary and Middle School in Fowler the fourth best middle school in Michigan.
“Super proud, almost brought tears to our eyes to sit here and see all the success and celebrate it with our staff and students, and community,” said Sherry Hamilton, a Waldron first-grade teacher.
