COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - With one week until the Aggies’ College Football Playoff game against Miami, businesses around College Station are getting ready for what could be one of their busiest weekends of the year.

Soon, Kyle Field will be packed with Aggies and visiting Miami fans, which means hotels and restaurants will be too. Greg Stafford, general manager at the Texas A&M Hotel, says they expect an influx of people to pour in for the last home game of the 2025 season.

“Folks will start arriving. Some of them start arriving on Thursday,” Stafford said. “The rest of them will be in on Friday. And I’m sure the tailgating will be crazy before the game. And I’m sure there’ll be lots of celebrating after the game. So it’s going to be very busy. We’re seeing a trickle of folks come
