BBC Breakfast's Naga Munchetty suffered an awkward blunder during the latest edition of the morning programme .

Naga Munchetty and Charlie Stayt woke up the nation with news from across the globe on Saturday (December 13) morning.

However, the live broadcast was hit by a minor technical issue as viewers were left unable to hear Naga.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter , one person said: "What did Naga say is her mic broke #bbcbreakfast."
