A house in Hamilton that sold for $750,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Hamilton area in the past week.

In total, seven residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past week, with an average price of $378,071, or $230 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

7. $182K, single-family house at 1981 Arena Drive

A 1,694-square-foot single-family residence at 1981 Arena Drive in Hamilton, has been sold. The total purchase price was $181,500, $107 per square foot. The house was built in 1957. The deal was finalized on Nov. 7.
