A house in Ewing that sold for $402,600 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Trenton area in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 13 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $233,777, or $173 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

10. $170K, single-family residence at 846 Melrose Ave.

A 1,772-square-foot detached house at 846 Melrose Ave. in Trenton, has been sold. The total purchase price was $170,000, $96 per square foot. The house was built in 1906. The deal was finalized on Nov. 7.
