: Campaigning for Arunachal Pradesh’s municipal and panchayat elections ended at 4 pm on Saturday, clearing the decks for polling on Monday, December 15. The final hours witnessed brisk political activity across the state, with Namsai’s Lekang Assembly Constituency NCP MLA Likha Soni leading an energetic campaign for his party’s candidates.
Expressing confidence ahead of polling day, Soni said the party had run a “strong and focused campaign,” engaging directly with voters and addressing local issues. “I expect a good performance from our NCP candidates across wards and constituencies,” he said.
