KINSTON, N.C. (WITN) - The Kinston Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying four people who were caught on camera planning a breaking and entering.

The photos were taken early Saturday morning during a trespassing incident. While on camera, they are heard making plans that suggest they were actively preparing to break and enter residential properties.
