Darrell Clarke has been sacked as Bristol Rovers Head Coach following a run of ten consecutive league defeats - the worst losing streak in the league in the club's history.
Nobody from Rovers was made available for a post-match interview , with a statement from the club announcing Clarke’s departure three and a half hours after the final whistle.
The club statement said: "Bristol Rovers FC can confirm that Men’s First Team Head Coach Darrell Clarke and Assistant Head Coach Jon Stead have been relieved of their duties.
"The Club would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Darrell and Jon for their hard work and efforts. Darrell’s legacy at the Club is assured and he will always be
