Donald P. Fitzsimmons Jr., 66, of Uxbridge, Mass, died Dec. 10, 2025, in HopeHealth, Providence.

He was the husband of Stacey (Symes-McCutcheon) Fitzsimmons of Uxbridge. Born in Waltham, Mass., he was the son of the late Donald Sr. and Mary (O'Neill) Fitzsimmons.

Donald worked as a machinist for C-Tech, Webster for many years and loved his job. Before his career as a machinist, he served in the United States Army and was a proud Veteran. Donald was an avid golfer, and even hit a hole-in-one last year. He loved animals, classic cars, and mowing the lawn. He was a true people person, and loved spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.

Along with his wife, Stacey, he is survived by his children, Christine Van Singel and her husband, Matt, of Tallahassee, Fla., and Thomas Fitzsimmon
