Dozens of firefighters have been called to a blaze at a car park at a UK hospital tonight (Saturday, December 13). Emergency services have been called to the scene at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambrdge.
A number of vehicles are ablaze, although there are no reports of injuries. A Cambridgeshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We are currently responding to a fire involving multiple vehicles on the second floor of car park one at Addenbrooke's Hospital. More than 30 firefighters are at the scene, including from neighbouring fire and rescue services, and other specialist vehicles are in attendance.
"Crews are working hard to contain the fire and stop it from spreading. Please avoid the area as we deal with this incident and find alternative routes."
