Edinburgh surf resort Lost Shore has launched a new food and drink concept, headed up by renowned international chef Jason Wright. The move sees the resort take their catering in-house for the first time with Lost Food.
Three separate outlets - Lost Kitchen, Lost Tacos and Lost Deli - will be opening soon. Diners will have options throughout the day for a post-surf treat, including home-made salads and focaccia sandwiches.
All of the outlets will be open seven days of the week. Lost Market will also be opening, with the very first grocery store on site.
