KISS Star Gene Simmons Pushes for Fair Pay for Radio Play

Gene Simmons of KISS tells Joe Mathieu it's "criminal" that artists aren't paid when their music is played on AM and FM radio stations in the US. Simmons testified in support of the American Music Fairness Act in front of a Senate panel earlier in the week.
