It’s been an interesting week for San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey, who has found himself on and off the injury report.

McCaffrey took his usual veteran rest day on Wednesday and did not participate. He was a limited participant on Thursday with an illness, but was bumped up to a full participant on Friday and was cleared with no injury designation on the injury report heading into Sunday’s game against the Tennessee Titans.

Well, on Saturday, the 49ers added McCaffrey to the injury report again with a back issue. He is now listed as questionable for tomorrow’s game.

Being listed as a full participant on Friday, McCaffrey either must have felt the issue after practice yesterday or this morning before reporting it. He has yet to miss a game for San Francisco this seas
