Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce did not appear to be in a good mood at the end of the team's 20-10 loss to the Houston Texans on "Sunday Night Football" in Week 14.

Following the game, Kelce chose not to talk to the media after he was asked to twice, which is a fineable offense. Per Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, all NFL players must be available to speak with reporters after games.

Sunday night's game was not the only time Kelce has chosen to break league policy by not speaking to reporters. He was not fined earlier this season. However, with added publicity to Kelce's decision this week, there was speculation the league could fine the tight end for Week 14.
