Kyle voters are deciding a pair of races in the Dec. 13 runoff election, including the District 1 seat on Kyle City Council.
Early voting and absentee ballot totals were posted to the Hays County Elections website shortly after 7 p.m.
What we know
As of 7 p.m. Dec. 13, Courtney Goza led incumbent Bear Heiser with about 51.45% of the vote. Heiser, a consultant, has three years of experience on Kyle City Council, and previously told Community Impact how he plans to involve residents in the decision-making process.
