When Delhi-based Aakriti Sigdel planned a post-Roka party at home, she and her fiance were particular about one thing. The good spirits had to keep flowing. And for that, they needed a professional.
"We wanted everyone to kick back and relax, without worrying about how or where to get their drinks. Otherwise, the hosts generally keep getting pulled into 'where's the soda?', 'bring ice from the fridge', 'who has the ginger ale?'. It's a buzzkill when you're trying to have a conversation," Aakriti said.
So, the couple roped in a bartender, all for Rs 3,000 for the night. He brought a bar kit along and catered to a crowd of 18. Margaritas, martinis, name it, and it was available, and served to guests on their couches, without any hassle.
The couple only had to arrange the alcohol and mixer
