Peterborough , a city in Cambridgeshire, has found itself among the 20 least happy places to reside in the UK, according to data from Rightmove . Out of an extensive list of 220 locations, ranked from happiest to least, Peterborough came in at a dismal 213, and frankly, I can't say I'm shocked.
