Ryan Taylor celebrates his winner with Steven Taylor and Shola Ameobi (Image: Newcastle Chronicle)
It is a goal which etched Ryan Taylor's name into the Newcastle United history books.
With one swing of his right foot, Taylor whipped a free-kick beyond the despairing arm of Sunderland goalkeeper Simon Mignolet as Newcastle emerged from the Stadium of Light with a priceless 1-0 win in the Wear-Tyne derby.
That day was August 21, 2011, and as we head into this afternoon's Wear-Tyne derby over 14 years later, the Magpies have still not won a Premier League match at the home of their fiercest rivals since.
Eddie Howe will hope that changes this afternoon but until then, fans will always revel in Taylor whipping his famous free-kick 'over the wall' on Wearside. Sky Sports discounted
