Millions of Brits are still confused about what people with Type 2 diabetes can and can’t eat, with 20% believing they have to cut out entire food groups like carbs, and nearly a quarter (23%) thinking sugar is totally off-limits.

A poll of 2,000 adults uncovered just how widespread these myths are, especially around the festive season.
