Jamie Carragher took a swipe at Rio Ferdinand as the pair locked horns in fiery social media messages.

Ferdinand kicked off proceedings with his former England teammate by tagging him in a post on X.

The Liverpool legend has been strong in his criticism of Salah , branding him a ‘disgrace’ for his interview after the 3-3 draw with Leeds earlier this month.
