A pervert had a disgusting collection of child sexual abuse videos and photos of children as young as two. Mark Burdis had been downloading the vile material, which also involved extreme porn involving dogs and people, over a two month period at his Northumberland home.

A court heard that police searched the 39-year-old's Ashington address and seized his electronic devices, with one found to contain 32 images and 10 videos, including some in category A, which are the most serious kind and involve penetrative sexual activity. Burdis, of Castle Terrace, appeared in the dock this week to plead guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children and one of possession
