A shopping center in Ocean County that includes a Domino’s Pizza and 22 other storefronts recently sold for $7.25 million.
Yorktowne Plaza in Brick Township, a 41,219-square-foot property spanning nearly 5.84 acres, was recently sold by Ocean County Equities LLC, according to a statement.
Frank DeLuca and his father, Frank DeLuca Sr., purchased the center from Ocean County Equities Inc. for $7.25 million, according to Marcus & Millichap , which marketed the property.
The property contains 23 retail suites housing tenants including Domino’s Pizza, Mariner Finance, Crown Fried Chicken, Nova Games, and Community Medical Center.
The plaza was built in 1965.
Marcus & Millichap brokers Brent Hyldahl, Alan Cafiero, and Seth Goldberg represented the seller in the deal.
