COOK THIS: Festive biscotti great with coffee

Holiday baking is well under way for cookie exchanges and family favourites.
One cookie I do like to make from time to time is biscotti.
This Italian, twice-baked biscuit is easy to make and has a long shelf life.
I like it served with coffee or cappuccino.
This version resulted from having some fresh cranberries left from Thanksgiving. Since cranberries go so well with orange, I included some orange zest.
If you don’t have fresh cranberries, dried will work just fine. The baking time on the second bak
