A Claremore pastor is accused of secretly taking upskirt photos of a woman inside a Tulsa Hobby Lobby.
Kendrick Oakley, listed as a pastor at Destiny Life Church, was arrested by Rogers County deputies and is now facing 11 counts of peeping tom. Investigators say he used his phone to take photos of a woman last July. A security guard caught him on camera and followed him outside to get his license plate number.
