In May, beauty influencer Emilie Kiser’s 3-year-old son, Trigg, was found unresponsive in the family’s backyard pool. The child was taken to Chandler Regional Medical Center and then to Phoenix Children’s Hospital in critical condition, according to NBC , and died six days later on May 18. Two months later, the Chandler Police Department recommended that Kiser’s husband, Brady Kiser, face felony-child-abuse charges related to the incident. Now, the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office has shut those charges down.
