The three Los Angeles County deputies who were killed during an explosion at the department’s training facility in East LA have been identified as Joshua Kelley-Eklund, Detective Victor Lemus and Detective William Osborn, the LA County Sheriff’s Department announced Friday.

They were all assigned to Special Enforcement Bureau’s Arson Explosives Detail, an elite team within the largest sheriff’s department in the nation.
