GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. (Atlanta News First) - Police are investigating a shooting in Snellville that resulted in a man’s life being taken on Tuesday morning.

Gwinnett County police responded to the incident at 2424 Webb Gin House Road - the address of Cannon United Methodist Church - around 6 a.m.

Officers found a man dead with a gunshot wound. His identity has not been released as next of kin is being notified.

No word has been given about any possible suspects.
