Update: To clarify the fees, there are multiple visit options, including $18 for an hour, $13 for half an hour to enter the cat-visiting area, as well as discounted memberships. There will be no fee for the cafe side other than the price of cafe purchases.

Meowter Banks Cat Café, which will house adoptable cats from the SPCA shelter in Manteo, announced its June 17 grand opening at 3722 N Croatan Hwy in Kitty Hawk with this message on its Facebook page.
