LOUISVILLE, Ky. —

Three of the protestors arrested outside the courthouse during former LMPD officer Brett Hankison's sentencing appeared in court on Thursday.

Hankison received a 33-month sentence on Monday for blindly firing shots into Breonna Taylor's apartment during a botched raid in March 2020.

Bianca Austin, who is Taylor's aunt, made a brief appearance in court. She pleaded not guilty to disorderly conduct and obstructing a highway.

The other three people arrested on Tuesday were Rosario Barbara Mottola, Robert Taylor, and Andrea Anderson. They are also charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing a highway.

Mottola and Anderson also appeared before a judge Thursday morning. Taylor appeared in court on Tuesday.

All three were released without bond.
