PORTALES — Eastern New Mexico University, the Roosevelt County Chamber of Commerce and Roosevelt County are proud to announce the new One Portales – Music, Beer, Wine and Peanut Festival, brought to you by J.P. Stone Community Bank, featuring honky-tonk legend Mark Chesnutt, Saturday, Oct. 18, at the Roosevelt County Fairgrounds.

The all-day music, beer, wine and peanut festival will bring together the university, the chamber, the county, the city and the surrounding area to complement the annual Peanut Valley Festival at the Roosevelt County Fairgrounds the same day.
