A passenger in a car was killed and the driver seriously injured in a crash with an SUV on Sunday in Warren County, officials said.

A 29-year-old man was driving south on Route 519 in White Township at about 1:05 p.m. when he veered off the road. He then crossed back over the double-yellow line before his vehicle struck a northbound SUV, State Police said.

The car went off the road to the left and slammed into a utility pole.

Rosa Castro Zumba, the 23-year-old passenger in the car, died following the crash. The driver of the car was seriously injured. Both are from Lansdale, Pennsylvania.

State Police said the crash remains under investigation.
