A Winnipeg resident is facing drug trafficking charges after Canada Border Services Agency officers at the Calgary International Airport seized 30 kilograms of methamphetamine last month.

Mariane Lee, 18, had her luggage searched after it was flagged for abnormalities. Lee was arrested and removed from the flight, which was destined for Narita, Japan.
