Roswell’s first year as host of the National Championship Air Races and Air Show (NCAR), beginning this September, was the topic that Roswell-Chaves County Economic Development Corporation (EDC) President and CEO Mike Espiritu spoke about at the July 16 meeting of the Chaves County Federated Republican Women.

In his remarks to the audience at the monthly gathering, Espiritu spoke about what Roswell hosting the NCAR will mean for the region, especially in terms of the visitors and economic activity.
