A woman named Donna Johnson recently reached out to the Roswell Daily Record with concerns about her apartment complex, Wilshire Gardens, which has 90 units and is located a few hundred yards east of Target in Roswell. She said she's lived there for eight years.

Johnson said her unit, and those of several neighbors she's spoken with, have leaking roofs and black mold as a result. RDR spoke with several of these individuals and visited them in their apartments to confirm the presence of said mold. She said there has been water damage in her unit, and that it has resulted in mold that is causing her some breathing troubles among other symptoms.
